Our products are designed to make vehicle ownership easier and more enjoyable, and as our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry / Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide order status updates and assist customers with questions regarding products, shipping, and deliveries.
• Work closely with our warehouse and sales teams to ensure orders are processed correctly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Assist with general administrative and data entry tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.
• Previous customer service and/or data entry experience preferred but not required.
